Your order will be dispatched as soon as our nail techs finish handcrafting your nails. Keep in mind, we're in full swing on business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays. As soon as your package begins its journey to you, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to chart its progress.

Sometimes a custom tax fee for importing goods could be charged by your country on the order, please note it is the customers' responsibility to pay for this fee. Delivery of the package is handled by Royal Mail within the UK, when it reaches your country, your package will be handed to your local couriers. Once the package has been sent out, it is not within our capability to investigate where it is, so please ensure that you leave us with the correct delivery address.
